
Direct Billing is currently available for the health insurance providers listed below.
Set up is required for Direct Billing: After booking your appointment, contact me with your name and insurance provider.
Please note that RMT Marcos is not currently set up to offer Direct Billing -- you will still get an insurance receipt so you can submit your claim to your insurance provider, and treatments with Marcos will be covered the same as with any other RMT.
Please don't include policy or ID numbers in the contact form. I'll send you a secure form after you book your appointment.

Disclaimer: While the direct billing process is normally reliable and smooth, if your provider rejects all or part of the claim or for any other reason we are not able to process it, you must pay up front, take an insurance receipt, and submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
This is a free service and we do our best to make the process easy for you, but we're a small clinic without a receptionist, so there is no extra time to troubleshoot if things don't go as expected.
